RELIABLE TRUSTWORTHY SELFLESS GENUINE... All in one.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Not only have I done 1 deal with them but I have done 2. And both were horrible experiences. I am an investor that has done dozens of deals to date and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Namely, with Sara Olson. I first bought a duplex with her as the dual agent and her responsiveness was horribly lacking. I understand vacations, Sabbaths and other PTO events come up but I never got any warning or notice that I would be left hanging in the wind for closings. Her original rough estimate was about $5000 in repairs for a property she said was in impeccable condition and I ended up spending about $15000 in the property all said. I complained about the service at that time and got no improvement.Almost 2 years later I decided to sell the property and Sara asked for the business, emphatically saying she could sell it for more than other agents said they could. I foolishly chose to go with her and her brokerage again, thinking they had gotten better over the years but I was sadly mistaken. We ended up getting several offers on the property and out of all of them she recommended the FHA borrower, which any realtor knows is a gamble. In fact my other realtor afterwards said she would have NEVER recommended an FHA borrower and now I see why, as the buyer fell through. I literally went for over a week without hearing from her, even with potential closing dates just days away, I would get very late updates on negotiations with the buyers. What made it worse is that when I complained about this service, the owner did little to nothing and I NEVER received an apology for the horrible service. Nowhere else is this type of behavior tolerated. Leadership in an organization starts from the top down and it is definitely subpar in this brokerage.

Sara was great! She worked hard to find OUR home, not just to sell us a house. We started by sending her some listings we wanted to see, and she used that to find other similar homes that she thought we'd like. She helped us work through our anxieties and find the perfect home for us.

I had a pleasure to work with Sara as my realtor. I am out of state Investor and Sara handled everything with full responsibility, maturity and patience. Its hard to find a realtor once you are not local who will go and look up on the properties especially when you are buying less than 100 K. Sara has knowledge about the local market, great connections in the area and always available to answer any questions. I will ask Sara for my new purchase again and highly recommend her if you are out of state investor.
